What data we process and why
When you contact us by e-mail, phone or through the inquiry form (a request for a demo or business communication), we process the data you provide — typically your name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.
- Purpose: handling your inquiry and the related business communication.
- Legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with business partners (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: for the duration of handling the inquiry and related communication, at most 3 years from the last contact unless a contractual relationship is established.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or marketing tools, and does not track visitor behaviour.
Third parties and hosting
- The website runs on Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare, Inc.); visiting the site involves processing of technical data (IP address) necessary for content delivery and protection against attacks.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.); your IP address is transmitted to Google servers when the page loads. Google does not store cookies with this request.
- We do not share personal data from our communication with any other recipients, except where required by law.
